The Steadfast Approach

Offer holistic support for healing the mind, body, & spirit - encouraging the practice of spiritual beliefs & transportation to the worship place of their choice.

Create a respectful, caring, stable environment where youth may safely examine their own lives & begin planning a path for their future with the greatest potential for mental health, physical health, financial health & independence.

Meet each youth where they are - without judgment... & connect our youth to resources in our community to provide stability, mentorship, programs, & resources.

“Eradicating Youth Homelessness In Frederick County”
At Steadfast, we provide a safe, stable home for youth experiencing homelessness, & for young people transitioning out of foster care.
Our team of live-in adults, volunteers, & community partners are invaluable to our mission.
We walk alongside our youth as they build the skills, confidence, & independence needed to create a brighter future – one free from the cycle of homelessness.
Whether you’re a young person looking for support, a partner ready to collaborate, or a donor wanting to make a lasting difference, there’s a place for you in our Steadfast family. Together, we’re creating stability, hope, & opportunity – one life at a time.
